Propovio Product Update: Better Analytics, Notifications, and Proposal Control
A quick rundown of the latest Propovio improvements: sortable proposals, richer analytics comparisons, SMS-ready notifications, cleaner invoice search, and better team controls.
We shipped a focused Propovio update for contractors who want faster answers from their dashboard, cleaner proposal tracking, and fewer missed client moments.
The theme is simple: less guessing, less digging, and better visibility into what is actually happening with your proposals and invoices.
Faster Sorting on the Proposals Dashboard
The Proposals dashboard now behaves more like the control center it should be.
You can sort proposals by:
- Client
- Trade
- Date
- Net amount before tax
- Gross amount including tax
That means you can quickly find your biggest open opportunities, group work by trade, review client activity, or scan your newest proposals without manually hunting through the list.
Better Revenue and Win-Rate Analytics
Analytics now supports more useful period comparisons.
You can review revenue by monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom date ranges. You can also compare one period against another, such as:
- Q1 2026 vs. Q1 2025
- 2026 vs. 2025
- Last 6 months vs. the previous 6 months
- Any custom date range vs. another custom date range
The comparison view now shows revenue, signed deal count, average deal size, win rate, sent proposal count, and signed proposal count side by side.
For contractors, this makes the analytics page more practical. You can see whether sales are improving, whether your close rate is changing, and whether bigger jobs are actually turning into signed work.
Dashboard Details Behind Key Metrics
The dashboard summary cards are more useful now too.
When reviewing high-level metrics like conversion rate, revenue, sent proposals, and pipeline value, the dashboard can surface the relevant underlying details instead of leaving you with a number and no context.
That makes it easier to answer the questions that matter:
- Which proposals are driving this revenue?
- Which jobs are sitting in the pipeline?
- Which sent proposals are still waiting on a client?
- What is actually affecting the win rate?
High-level numbers are useful. The detail behind them is where decisions get made.
Email and SMS-Ready Notifications
Propovio already sends important proposal and invoice notifications by email. This update adds the foundation for SMS notifications too.
Relevant events can now support both email and text-message workflows, including proposal sends, invoice sends, reminders, opened proposals, and signed proposals.
Contractors also get a notification setting for SMS alerts, so notification preferences are easier to control from the app.
The goal is straightforward: if a client signs, opens, or needs a reminder, contractors should not have to discover that late.
Cleaner Proposal and Invoice Workflow
We also tightened up several day-to-day workflow details.
Draft proposals can now show a revised draft state, so edited proposals are easier to distinguish before they are sent. That helps prevent the awkward "did I already update this?" moment that every contractor deserves less of.
Invoice search is better as well. You can search invoices by:
- Invoice title
- Client name
- Client phone number
Invoice lists also show client phone numbers when available, and table spacing was cleaned up so the invoice table is easier to scan.
Better Team and Settings Controls
Team access now supports an admin contractor role. Owners and admin contractors can view team-level stats, while standard team members stay scoped to their own work.
Settings are also easier to find. Account and business settings now live in the top-right account menu, which keeps the main dashboard navigation cleaner.
More Consistent Emails
Proposal and invoice emails now use a cleaner shared Propovio email frame.
That means client proposal emails, invoice emails, contractor confirmations, signed notifications, signed copies, and invoice reminders feel like they belong to the same product.
Small detail. Big trust signal.
Why This Update Matters
Contractors do not need more dashboards for the sake of dashboards. They need faster answers:
- Which jobs are worth chasing?
- Which clients need a follow-up?
- Which proposals are actually closing?
- Which invoices are still unpaid?
- Which team members need visibility?
This update moves Propovio closer to that: a practical operating layer for proposals, signatures, invoices, reminders, and revenue visibility.
More improvements are coming, but this batch makes the daily workflow cleaner right now.
